Designed by Dimitri Bähler for HAY, the Factor Linear Suspension Lamp combines innovation and simplicity in a sleek tubular form. Its central element rotates freely, allowing for 360° adjustment to direct light precisely where it’s needed, whether downwards for task lighting or upwards for ambient glow. Made from extruded aluminium and available in wet sprayed or anodised finishes, it features a dimmable integrated LED and a tool-free, plug-and-play assembly system for quick installation.

Factor comes in two variants to suit different environments: one with a warm, diffused light ideal for dining tables, kitchen islands or home workspaces, and another with a cooler, more focused output optimised for offices and public spaces. This latter version includes a discreet custom glare control louver, delivering high-performance task lighting with excellent colour rendering and glare prevention.
