Frama Rivet Shelves

The Frama Rivet Shelf is a sculptural, wall-mounted storage solution that combines function with distinctive craftsmanship. Designed by Jonas Trampedach, it uses a hand-hammered, cold-forming assembly technique developed in 2011, where raw aluminium sheets are joined using a traditional riveting method. The result is a precise and robust structure with clean lines and an industrial feel.

Made from 4mm thick laser-cut aluminium, the shelf features a matte, untreated surface that will naturally patinate over time. It provides a durable platform for displaying books, objects or essentials, while its minimal silhouette suits both modern and characterful interiors. Each piece is handmade, celebrating the imperfections and individuality of the process.
